Sandbag training

The start of my Brute Force sandbag workout.

I have lost 66 pounds as of today when I made this video. I still have a long way to go. The main thing is I am trying to do something about my weight.

I hope this video will help give encouragement and hope to my fellow Veterans and men over 50. It has not been easy but it will be worth it.

I like working out with my Brute Force sandbag and kettle bell sandbag. Training with sand adds a little variety.

Sandbags come in all sizes and anyone can use them. They are easy to pack and take with you. You can do many different moves with them. You can do a carry, squats, bent over rows, dead lifts, curls, presses, etc. They are popular with Police, Fire Fighters and the Military. Civilians are even getting in on the act now.
